about AAXOS

who we are

AAXOS is an independent, authorized retailer of Kinetic. Through kineticinternet.services, our team helps households find, compare, and order Kinetic’s high-speed fiber Internet, TV, and Home Phone services. We make getting connected simple: you tell us what you need, and we handle the details of placing your Kinetic order.

what we do

AAXOS is a sales and marketing partner for Kinetic. Our specialists walk you through the Kinetic plans available at your address, explain current pricing and promotions, and process your order so it can be fulfilled by Kinetic. Every order placed through AAXOS is provisioned, installed, and serviced by Kinetic.

our role — and what we are not

It is important to know exactly who we are. AAXOS is not Kinetic, and not a telecommunications carrier. AAXOS does not own or operate any Internet, TV, or phone network.

The Kinetic fiber network and all Kinetic services are owned, operated, and supported by Kinetic. AAXOS’s role is to help you choose the right plan and place your order. After your order is complete, Kinetic provides your service, billing, equipment, and ongoing support.
